I take mine in the morning. I can get to sleep (thanks trazodone) but don’t stay asleep. I’m also on trazodone, lithium, and buspirone. Vraylar however has been a life changer for me. Helped with suicidal thoughts and reduced intrusive thoughts. Psych just gave me lithium, and intrusive thoughts are now at zero.
