The flickering happens every little while, and it is a light flicker that last 2 or 3 seconds. The majority of the lights are all LEDs (Mostly recessed with some LED bulbs in chandeliers etc), with only the bedrooms on dimmers. I had the electrician who wired the house come out and check every connection as well as the power company twice.
