The KS47 is supposed to work with all AK mags. I’ve had to use my dremmel to make the gen 3s work so if you really want gen 3s, that’s what you’d have to do. I found that the poly Bulgarian mags w/ steel tab worked perfectly without mod. So there’s that.In the BRN there is very little room. I decided to copy a mod I saw someone do on a Gen 1 Ks47. Drill and tap holes for two socket head cap screws to go through the sides of receiver. Then mill a small amount off the bottom side of those bolts until the mag was a tight fit.
